Ineos dealerships near me (Houston, TX)

This has to be one of the worst dealership customer service experiences that I have ever encountered! I requested photos (which were not posted) along with additional information. I received a response from someone 2 days after the request. They assured me that I would receive them the same day. The following day I called the dealership to follow up regarding my request for photos and spoke with someone who advised me that they were the sales manager. He conveyed to me that the vehicle was taken to Mercedes for inspection and that he would have someone from the Mercedes to send him photos and then forward them to me. Three days later I received a message indicating that after the vehicle was returned to them someone would send them to me. This has been almost 7-8 days ago and I have yet to receive any photos along with clarifying information as requested. I have since decided to take my business elsewhere. Totally unacceptable.
