Buyer beware of dishonest sales tactics. I negotiated a price over the phone with the sales manager. We drive down 6 hours to the dealership and even said yes to Dealer Finance. Despite everything being approved Dealer increased the price by 2K at the last minute while we were waiting to sign the papers. It didn't feel like they ever had any intention of honoring the price they agreed to.

Purchased a 2023 Yukon from Coconut Point Honda in Estero on May 7th. Discovered serious transmission issues on the drive home requiring $4,450 in repairs. Despite buying a powertrain warranty, I learned it doesn't activate for 45 days. The dealership refused to help, citing "as is" sale terms, and pretty much saying this was my problem since I didn’t catch the issue in my 5 minute test drive. Their inspection process clearly missed major problems. If shopping here, get an independent inspection first or consider other dealerships. Their unwillingness to stand behind their vehicles just days after purchase is disappointing.
