Although Mazda cx5 had a clean vehicle history report with no reported accidents, I discovered that it had significant repainting, poor-quality body repairs, damage around the rear hatch, broken tail light edges, and noticeable color differences between several body panels. Unfortunately, I had to walk away from that vehicle after spending considerable time and effort.

Nothing different standard procedure

We bought a 2015 Audi Q5 not a 14. Everything was fast and easy. The car was in excellent condition never seen a used car so clean. Good experience.

The dealer and sales were great. The bank was not honest in the process- promised options- despite the information at the beginning of the process to say otherwise- and therefore wasted almost a week of time and damaging credit for a deal that would never happen if someone in the process actually listened or cared. I think this was just in attempts to help but my options were funneled and this process hurt me knowing what I said.
