Stopped by police during test drive for no dealer tag. Tires were saturated in amoral and slung all over the side of the vehicle during test ride. Then when starting to leave after purchase the vehicle gas tank was at quarter tank.

I love the car and the ease of the online purchasing process. However, i was disappointed in the condition the car was delivered in. I carefully looked at the provided pictures and was sent a video by the salesman, of the service department loaner, which was practically ‘brand new’. When I received the car, it was covered in pet hair, from the front to the back, including inside of the center console. I spent hours trying to remove the pet hair that was embedded into the carpets before contacting the dealership to let them know that delivering a car in that condition was unacceptable. The dealership agreed that the condition was not acceptable and offered to reimburse me if I paid to have the car detailed within 1–2 days. After obtaining several quotes, I found that the level of detailing required to remove the pet hair would cost between $350 and $500. Unfortunately, I am not in a position to pay that amount upfront while waiting for reimbursement from the dealership

Salesperson provided requested information promptly. Issue of concern was high add ons in out the door price with no opportunity to negotiate.
