INFINITI dealerships near me (Baltimore, MD)

Sales person Kevin told me a car i was interested in had blind spot warning. Took day off to go and look at it and in the interim get a text from another salesperson saying none of the 3 cars in there lot had that feature. Waste of my time! Terrible.

I did not end up visiting the dealership, but I was generally happy with their personal follow-up. However, the contact I was dealing with set up an appointment for me without my asking for one! They had a great vehicle at a fair price, and the only reason I didn't visit was because I found a similar vehicle locally. (They were a bit of a drive from me.)

Very polite, answered all questions and when he wasn’t available was very quick to get back to me.

HORRIBLE!!! They wouldn't answer my single question until I asked it repeatedly. Now they won't stop calling, texting, and emailing. I will not buy a car from them.

Wasn't excited about the financing dept. But salesman was friendly and tried very had at getting me a car.
