Drive 2 hrs to see vehicle ready to purchase. When I arrived the vehicle was filthy. Didn’t look like the picture posted. The salesman couldn’t answer any questions I had on the vehicle. Very dissatisfied and waste of time.

The staff didn’t seem to eager to make a sale. The vehicle i went to see had a dead battery.

Everything seemed fine, sales rep communicated but that added extra pricing is something they don’t mention till the end. Another thing, I wasn’t able to make it in on the first appointment in which the seller laughed at me via text, not professional, we are not friends, I don’t know you and I didn’t make it in because my 2 week old baby had to be rushed to the ER. Thanks a-hole. I just went to a different dealership and actually purchased the same vehicle.

There was very little transparency in their pricing. The vehicle was advertised for $34,450, but at the end they added $3,103 in mandatory charges for service and protection plans. In reality, the vehicle price was $37,553, not the advertised price. I also experienced significant resistance when I asked for an itemized breakdown of the fees. It should not be difficult for a customer to understand exactly what they are being charged for.
