Very bad experience. Was told over the phone everything was good . I was guaranteed the vehicle I had inquired about . Drove about 2 hours only to be told the paper work was never submitted. Samer I believe his name was . Was not helpful at all : although Sasha did great at helping me out . Plus cars were very dirty .

Ended up purchasing the car from Ronnie Ando very pleasant man. Make this purchase experience actually nice.

Complete waste of time. Asked for an OTD price it was $6000.00 above their advertised price. By the way they have since lowered that as well. BS Dealer accessories that according to their site are optional. They refuse to remove them, who knows if they were ever installed. These guys even bring the name USED CAR SALESMAN to whole new level. By the way you have to give them at least 1 star to complete your review

There were more hidden fees that added about 2,000 dollars to the price of the vehicle. People want to know upfront not when they are about to buy.

Beware. They do not honor their advertised price even after you call to confirm it with them. They have $3000 of add ons that aren’t reflected in price. I drove hours Down there after speaking with Christina (who was nice) and confirming the price only to find that they do not honor it. Total waste of time and worst car shopping experience of my life.

We got great help from people of the dealer, and bought the car.

i drove 45 minutes to look at the rav 4 and it was dirty wasnt washed, and there where alot of scratches you can notice them right away.. they should have that added to the car saying it has scratches.

I was contacted right away by email and phone message. They were very nice and helpful. I scheduled an appointment to test drive the car and I bought it!! I was pre-approved so it was a quick smooth transaction! Very pleased with all I dealt with, Bobby, Sonny and sales manager and finance manager
