Hyundai dealerships near me (Rochester, NY)

My salesperson at this dealership was very helpful in arranging a ride to get the new car, working out DMV and insurance forms in advance of my arrival, and explaining additional warranty policies. In addition, the person who came to pick me up (for a 4.5 hour trip) was wonderful. And the new car was in immaculate condition. I rate Vision Hyundai Henrietta very highly.

My jeep wrangler got totaled and was looking for a replacement I came to vision Hyundai looking at a 2022 jeep wrangler. I made an appointment for 5pm on Friday. When I got there I was informed that the Jeep was on recall for a clutch at vision dodge in panorama so I had to drive there just to look at the vehicle. The sales man, Billy Blattner, gave me his cell and informed me he would update me every step of the way; however, it was like pulling teeth trying to get him to communicate with me so instead I had to contact the dealership to get an update. Safe to say I cut my losses and moved on. I told Billy if I liked the car I had a check in hand and ready to go. I would steer clear of this dealership - no sense of urgency. If this is a how they treat vets (8 year navy vet) then I can’t imagine how they treat their customers.

The car i bought is great. But dealing with the people there for the process was a nightmare. Especially on pickup day. My salesman know what time I was coming and decided it was a good idea to try start the process with a new person 5 minutes before I arrived at the time he picked. Sat around for 2 hours for something that should not have taken more than 30 minutes tops. And then I discover that they did not change the oil in a car I just bought. Imagine my surprise that after putting 200 miles on the vehicle getting a notification that an oil change is urgently needed. I call the dealership and express my disappointment and they didn't care. Would not recommend based on that.
