Good negotiations , but can’t finalize the deal

Salesman was very nice and knowledgeable about the vehicle Not comfortable with the way they tried to negotiate price.

You tell me how in three days the price went almost $6,000. Saying the upper management changed the prices without them, even knowing. So on July 20th it was $22,036 and then on July 23th it was $27,980. The guy Chris told me that keeping the price is lower lures people in and then they jack up the price. Literally a waste of my time. I hope nobody else buys a car from here.

Very helpful and kind. However, don't plan on going on a Saturday. You'll be there for hours.

I spent a lot of time at Island Hyundai, esp. with Chris talking over the details of the car and getting a chance to see and drive the vehicle to test. Chris was fantastic and helpful. The overall staff were pleasant. It was worth the travel to Staten Island.

Jeff and Rich were wonderful to work with. NO lies, no pressure and professional the entire time. Everything was smooth and calm. Will definitely work with them again in the future.

My experience was good - seemed like a long time, but I have the car, everyone was competent and very nice. It was a great experience and I love my car!

The vehicle was definitely what I wanted, a few scratches that wasn’t visible through the pictures they provided but still a great looking vehicle. The staff is awesome, kind of slow. And they didn’t do a great job of detailing the vehicle before it was handed over to me. I do recommend them because they really helped me close the deal.
