Hyundai dealerships near me (Methuen, MA)

Very unprofessional. Didn’t feel like I was being taken seriously. They told me they’d check into some numbers I presented to them and get back to me but I never heard back from them.

I drove an hour and 20 minutes to the dealership after scheduling an appointment to get there and be told that they sold the car the day before and nobody gave us a heads up and then they suggested delivering a car from a different dealership for us and then never followed up

Dealer ship not truthful about advertised vehicle. Picture on CarGurus is not the actual vehicle. Actual vehicle is in horrible condition, the exterior looked like someone took a brillo pad and scrubbed it. Dealership advertised vehicle having a sunroof/moonroof, vehicle does not have a sunroof. I drove 1 hour each way to see this vehicle and very very disappointed.
