My experience was very disappointing. During the negotiation, I was told the total price of the car was one amount, but when I reviewed the financing agreement, the financed amount was significantly higher. In addition, several fees and charges were included that were not clearly disclosed during the sales process, which greatly increased the overall cost of the financing. I was left with the impression that the process lacked transparency and honesty. I believe all costs, fees, and financing terms should be explained clearly before a customer signs the contract, so they know exactly what they are agreeing to. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and for that reason, I cannot recommend this dealership.

I really liked working with Andrew the salesman. He was super transparent and let me know all the dealership ins and outs as far as pricing and packages. I expected that there would be add-ons and he was able to get those taken off. As expected, the trade value, I initially was given was extremely low, but the manager was willing to work with me and give me what I wanted. Seemed like everything was going be a breeze after, but I was quite surprised at the way, finance continued to try to get more money out of the deal by adding bumper-to-bumper warranties, doubling tax and trying to slide in interest rate details. I caught them at their game as I’ve sold hundreds of cars myself and know dealership antics very well. I don’t blame them for trying to make money, but the finance representative did try to hustle me. A dealership makes money from their sale price, their add ons, low trade values, interest rates, and warranties. I ended up giving up another $1700 for a lower interest rate.

I had to bring in our vehicle to replace a part under warranty. Angie was AMAZING in her communication with us and the technicians. Always kept us informed and called us back with update after update. She even reached out to us while she was sick to keep us posted. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had peace of mind while we were looking for answers!

Salesperson mocked me during text conversation. Rude and condescending. I would never shop here again.
