Hyundai dealerships near me (Enfield, CT)

The car we were interested in looking at was already sold, but they were nice enough to get back to us.

Dealer tried to short sell me on my trade. Asked for a ridiculous amount of money down. Instead of trying to work with me they just went silent. I do not recommend this dealer.

They provided an initial reply, but never followed up despite multiple attempts by me. Fortunately, I was able to buy a similar vehicle at a nearby dealership, as I was hoping to purchase in Eastern CT. Must be too busy to sell just another $40k car...

I had inquired about a 2021 used car with 35k miles for around $22k, told them my price range and when I got to the dealership they showed me 2 brand new cars in the $30k plus range before showing me the car I had asked about. They didn’t show me any other used cars. Just because I can afford it, does not mean I want to spend that much money on a car. I felt like they were trying to pressure me into buying a more expensive car by $10-15k because I had a sizable down payment. The sales rep was nice, but I didn’t like how I was being pressured into a car that was significantly above what I was looking for. The sad part was I probably would have purchased one of their used models if they had bothered to show me any of them but never did.

Very nice people. Dealership was willing to work with me, but the car wasn’t for me.

Very poor service. I tried contacting the dealership about a car that I wanted to have shipped to a different state and they wouldn’t get back to me. I called 6 times over a week and dealt with 3 different sales people to try and get the information I needed and still haven’t received it. On my 7th attempt the line was dead like they had blocked my number.
