It was actually great. Me and my wife were dreading going to a dealership. Everything went great and Ruby Chu was excellent. From the cell to the financing everything went fast and smooth.

This was a complex set of circumstances thsg required ,integrity , great communication from distance in order to facilitate a positive outcome . The teamwork was seamless and professional class took place throughout the entire transaction . The trade in was artfully orchestrated to make the deal have legs . I had an initial phone call with a salesperson discussing two cars and I was asked to fill out a financing qualifying form--which I did that day--3 days ago. Since then the dealership has raised the price on one of the cars by 10% and the only communication I have had from the salesperson is an email that "they are real busy right now". A curious way to run a car sales business

We are still in the process of getting the car. The 2007 Hyundai we are looking at looks and drives nice but when we went to the bank they said it was blue booked at only $3000, so we have to see if we can get it for less. I will return and let you guys know what happens but so far they have been nice.

Amazing customer service and help financing!

The salesman was great. The finance department were not on the same page. Completely wasted my time. Mileage listed on the website did not match actual miles on the vehicle. Overall experience was not good at this dealership. Very disappointed because I did want to purchase a vehicle.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I drove the car and I am making a decison soon.

The salesman try to find what is the price in my mind to pay and the price already was on cargurus 27k.. then he asked how much I want to pay / month I told him give me ur offer for lease # / month and financing with and without down payment option he asked me to visit the dealership and test drive the car I told him that after I get a reasonable offer I will but without transparent applicable numbers for both of us then it’s waste of time.. he never called me after that so no deal.
