We ask for a second key for the car that we bought from them in their just giving us the run around we would like to have the spare key for this car but for some reason they can't seem to produce one

I didn't buy a car from them, but they seemed fairly straightforward and easy to deal with. They did gunk up cars on the lot with two grand worth of dealer added options that you'd never want to buy though.

They were not a truthful dealership. The price they put on this MINI Cooper here on CarGurus is not what they tell you in person. They raised the price by 4,000 dollars because of an upgraded piece on the car that they don’t even mention in the description on here. Be careful when contacting them.

Dealer was reasonable and fair

First rep seemed helpful but apparently he was too busy to help me. The guy he pawned me off on was not knowledgeable at all or willing to work with me on the numbers. The vehicle I went to see was covered with key marks and had a leaky engine and they didn’t seem to care at all. The least you can do is know your product and prepare it for customers.

We were contacted by the Internet Manager. We agreed on an Out-The-Door price. When I went there to purchase the car the Internet Manager honored his price, with no tricks or gimmicks. When it was our turn to talk to the finance person, there was no pressure to purchase any extras, and we were out of there in record time. This is definitely the best experience we’ve ever had buying a car. Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.
