Great follow ups

Drive 2 hrs to see vehicle ready to purchase. When I arrived the vehicle was filthy. Didn’t look like the picture posted. The salesman couldn’t answer any questions I had on the vehicle. Very dissatisfied and waste of time.

They responded very quick and Lyla was very helpful with their selection trying to find me the right vehicle for me. Unfortunately it just did not work out. The vehicles I looked at and the one I test drove was not the right one for me. Overall it was a very good experience with their staff.

Annette and CJ were nice on the phone. When I got there CJ was with a customer so kne of his counterparts assisted. Asked me about my trade in then about what I was looking for. Told him that I was coming for the specific Sonata. I gad driven from over an hr away for that specific car. They sold it the night before. The sales rep then began showing me base model elantras, not at all what I was looking for. Told him that I wanted a Sonata, not a subcompact car. He then told me that I wouldn't have liked the Sonata that I came for because it was all beat up. He showed me a Sonata that was supposedly better than the one I came to look at. This one had scratches all over the rear bumper and a big Crack on the front bumper. It was all downhill from the moment they told me the car I drove an hr to buy was sold the night before. Tried shaking the sales reps hand on 2 different occasions trying to end the visit and he wouldn't shake it. Ran to get manager to help, but at the point I was done.

Contacted dealership twice, no response.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I drove the car and I am making a decison soon.
