Gio went above and beyond!

It took 4 and half hours to buy a used vehicle and after coming to an agreement on a price they ended up lying about it at the end.

Honestly, wasn’t that great of an experience and had a dealers mark up. Really didn’t help out with negotiating and the car wasn’t in its best condition, messaged them the next day about not giving me the wheel lug nut lock removal socket and still no response. The key fob wasn’t the original either and just gave me one.

Love the 2014 BMW 750i great experience at Royal Auto Dealer Salesmen Pow was excellent at showing me the car and allowing me time to inspect the car. Kenneth in finance was great also no pushy tactics explained all options . I will buy again in the future a newer truck.thanks Team Royal
