The dealership was responsive at first, but once I submitted an offer, the communication slowed significantly. It took two days and a follow‑up message from me to get a reply. When they finally responded, there was no negotiation effort at all — the price actually went up instead of down. Overall, the experience felt unmotivated and not especially customer‑focused.

The entire team was great! We enjoyed the company and the negotiation process was quick. We ended up staying an extra hour talking to the staff not just because it was freezing and snowing out, but because we were relaxed and they were fun to work with... We knew what we wanted and we got it!

Staff was very responsive to an out of state customer

The vehicle had one miner ding on the passeger side and one major ding on the drivers side. The two dings were not visable in the listing.

While we couldn’t come to an agreement on the Out the door price. Jaldrin was a phenomenal sales personal for me. He has a great energy and made an effort to find the best price he could for me. Was extremely friendly and kind during the test drive and overall made the experience nice even though I didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle.
