Great experience at the the dealership.

After many many back and forth messages, the sales rep said they are a one price dealer meaning they won’t negotiate on prices. I said he should have told me that in the beginning. The sales rep told me he was having a slow day and needed something to do so that’s why he didn’t mention it. Kinda funny but a total waste of my time. Every opportunity I get I will tell my experience. Not to slander but to warn. Very disappointed. I had cash in hand.

Yes I spend a lot of time with the sales and manager person. Our contract was quoted total 26,000 including the insurance quoted by the manager in writing but he denied it when we even had the paper where he wrote on it OUT THE DOOR and didn’t happens. We had to pay $3,000 more. They both were very rude. The sales person even grabbed the paper with the quote off my brothers hand very rude and very hard. I had also told them I wanted to pay ash which I did. I don’t want to ever go back there, it was a night mire. My sister in law is looking to buy a new care but o definitely wouldn’t recommend her going there. People that see my truck will ask where I bought it but I tell them I was treated very rude.

Great customer service. Hassle-free, awsome price, great team work! I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be back for future purchases.

Contacted to see the car. Appointment was made. Showed up. Received a call. The car is not there. General manager took it for the day without telling staff. They dropped the ball and never contacted me after. I wasted 2 hrs and a bridge toll. Bad experience for such a simple thing, to see the car. Also, they raised the posted price by $2000. It is still posted.
