Hyundai dealerships near me (Boston, MA)

They called me about the car but I wasn’t ready to buy. I was just looking. I will say they were pleasant!

Still waiting for the deal to finalize waiting for a good finance rate!

Communication lacking, not full transparency on car condition. Car had a few dents and water in the head lights found after left the lot. Difficult to talk to someone to know when car was ready for pick up. Warranty added with full communication

Excellent work

Dealer ship not truthful about advertised vehicle. Picture on CarGurus is not the actual vehicle. Actual vehicle is in horrible condition, the exterior looked like someone took a brillo pad and scrubbed it. Dealership advertised vehicle having a sunroof/moonroof, vehicle does not have a sunroof. I drove 1 hour each way to see this vehicle and very very disappointed.

great communication

Top notch. Ended up buying a 2019 GMC Terrain in amazing condition. They work with bad credit too.

The sales person that (Junior) I had was literally NOT helpful. He just wanted to sell a car and failed to get back to me on ANY question that I had. I was really interested in the vehicle and in waiting for him to get back to me, the vehicle sold. The day i got to the dealership, the GLS 550 was surrounded by other car and no one could find keys to move the cars. So we were there for like 2 hours. The yrefused to negotiate the price and 3 weeks later, the vehicle price dropped down to the actuale price that I initially asked them for. They wasted my time and their time when they could have sold me the vehicle 3 weeks earlier for the price that i wanted to be at.

I recently purchased a 2023 Toyota Tacoma from Salem Ford and had a very positive experience. I had done my research ahead of time and had a price in mind that I was comfortable paying. It took a little discussion for us to come to an agreement, but throughout the entire process everyone was professional, polite, friendly, and helpful. Jay was great to work with and took the time to explain the value of the truck and answer my questions. When the manager became involved, we were ultimately able to agree on a price that worked for me. Overall, I was very happy with the way I was treated from beginning to end. Even though we had to work a little to get to the right number, I never felt that anyone was disrespectful or unpleasant. I would definitely consider purchasing another vehicle from Salem Ford in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and friendly dealership experience.

They never contacted me so I just stopped in on my way by on my car shopping day. Took the car for a test drive by myself which was nice. Car was very musty smelling with the AC not on. Price was ok but not the best for the car and amount of time on the lot. Sales seemed very friendly. Service seating was small and congested. Easy to get to and centrally located in town.
