Great experience, top to bottom. Highly recommend Victor and Art, they both took great care of me after I drove all the way from Las Vegas.

From my point of view purchasing a car on line from that dealership everything works well.

Great dealer, made the process simple and quick. Came in with my own financing and was able to leave with the car within the next hour. Dealer does add on a low jack for $1000, but the owner was willing to work out a fair price. At least it is not a subscription based low jack.

Nice people, car was as advertised, easy transaction.

I asked them up front about any additional costs after I read other reviews. They assured me the price is accurate with the exception of tax and licensing. I went there ready to pay cash but they told me there was an additional $3000 charge for dealer accessories. Paint protection ( commonly called mop and glow by the dealerships and LoJack they were $1500 each. They refused to remove them and didn’t seem to have a problem waiting my time and lying since I asked them up front. I do not recommend this dealer in any way.

So this car that needs brakes and rotors without telling us during the test drive there was so much traffic. I was unable to go fast enough to fill the shape when you stop. What they said was the cameras on the windshield needs to be recalibrated, which is incorrect the whole steering wheel, which needs to be replaced because the horn doesn’t work and none of the steering wheel buttons work back license plate lights were out. It was daytime so I could not tell until I was on the freeway home and a few other details. Overall zero stars.

Did not get a chance to see the car, but the communications with the dealership were good. They didn't harass me with numerous calls, texts and emails as most dealers do. May still be interested in the vehicle or similar when the time is right. Thanks

The staff at Upgrade Auto were great but the price wasn't transparent. They presented a discount for the vehicle then mandated a year warranty increased the price exponentially.
