I can not really rate this dealer, I did not go to look at the car. They did however did good with communication. So that’s a plus.

This used truck was missing the front drive shaft for the 4 wheel drive system. I was told "everything works". They told me their mechanics went through it and everything was good to go. That is a lie, a mechanic would notice a missing drive shaft!

Luis and his team are top notch. The entire process was excellent. I live in Vancouver, WA. I flew in, Luis picked me up at the airport. I drove out of Houston a day later with the car. Every bit professional. Every bit enjoyable. I'd do it all again.

No response from the dealer about any of the trucks. The website and inventory need to be updated as leading miss information many vehicles that are sold are still up on the website and are very pushy when you start asking important questions and try push you into anything

The staff was wonderful, the manager however was not.

The remote deal with this dealer, all the way from texas to oklahoma. Decent price.However, a lot of my questions did go unanswered. I very specifically asked if there were any recalls, and if there were.If they had already been taken care of I asked if there were any issues with the vehicle.And I asked if it had weather tech formats. I was told there were no issues and there are scratches on the vehicle.It does have an open recall that has yet to be taken care of. And the weather tech mats were, in fact, cheap mats from walmart that were so slippery.They got thrown away on the way home. I've also called the finance manager to see what I need to do to register my vehicle in texas.And have yet to hear back, and that has been three days. I think they would be a fine dealership.If you were there to do it all in person, but I don't really recommend doing remote deal.
