Salesman was very helpful with communication, following up via text messaging/emails.

Went here to check out a Honda and bought a Subaru instead. Its a small dealership but had some nice cars and the salesperson was very helpful and informative. Feel like we got a good deal and was happy to give my business to a spot in my area.

say they have cash buyers wanting to purchase a vehicle your interested in to get you to buy quicker and put more down than you'd like to.

My communication with Houston Auto is mixed, I had every intention of buying this particular Model S the only issue was the selling price, I was prepared to negotiate and Houston Auto was not. The Manager and Salesperson didn’t even mentioned anything referencing negotiating the price. The Model S had before some rear end damage as reported via Carfax and I had some concern and I was buying remotely, I expressed my concerns and their reply was you can’t tell it was ever there (rear end damage) I was still ready to buy-I made an offer and they began to justify their position on the car and I began to justify my offer, they never made a counter offer and then the tactics began. I was told their was someone in the dealership ready to buy do I want the car they are in financing right now! I replied yes at my offer price, it wasn’t accepted! NOW here’s the dishonesty part to me, I inquired about the car 2 days later via Social media and the car is still there As of this Writing!

No response back from dealership on my inquiry as well.
