I set an appointment 24hrs in advance. I get there and the salesmen Katrina, would not even talk to me. Then another salesmen got involved and had to “find the keys”. I saw them trying to jump start truck. I asked what was going on they said it had a dead battery. After two hrs of the trying to get truck started I left. Since I had an appointment and pre approved loan for this vehicle on would think that they would have it ready especially with 24hr notice that I was coming. Worst experience I have ever had and would not recommend this dealership for anything

I came in with genuine interest, but the lack of presentation and follow-through left a poor impression. Everything in this business is about presentation and customer service 101 — and this visit missed the mark.

Uziel was amazing! He helped us through every single process. Also went way beyond what most people would do to help someone out. We really appreciate him!
