Excellent easy to deal with!!

I made an apt to see this vehicle 48 hrs in advance. Upon arrival, I was told they were going to get the car for a test drive, they came back to tell me it was sold. I asked if any comparable options were available. They said no, not in my price range, and moved on. I then proceeded to get calls for a week asking why I did not make it in for my appointment. There was no record of me ever being there. As well as the fact that they were calling me to see if I was still interested in a car that had been sold a week ago. A mess of communication.

They sold the car that I was interested. But they never bothered me to inform me until I arrived the dealership. I just wasted time getting there to be hassled. Not going back there for future vehicle purchases.

Matthew and the Rafferty team were exceptional. I live in PA and bought this awesome Accord sight unseen and Matthew took videos for me and reassured me of my purchase. He coordinated the car transporting to me in 2 days. I would not hesitate to buy my next car at Rafferty even though I live 6 hours away!

Talked them down to a price that worked for both of us and bought it. Car was immaculate 26000 miles and not a mark on it inside or outside. Car is like brand new. Love the car love the experience at Jaffarian I would certainly buy another vehicle from them and I will highly recommend them to family and friends.
