Very helpful, my experience was great. Jaiden was awesome. Everyone was knowledgeable of there jobs.

Sales staff and manager are very attentive. Unfortunately, we were unable to make a deal even close to a similar one I found earlier for a higher sales price. I don't know how a less expensive truck equals higher monthly payment, but all is good. I see it still as a great deal. It just isn't for me.

Every phone contact was excellent. I needed a dealer closer to me.

Initially a sales person reached out. Told me they would see if it was available and never got back to me. Asked me if text was OK and I said it was. No contact ever again from the dealership. I was an easy cash deal and they wouldn’t do what they said. How hard is it to answer if the vehicle is available l?

From the beginning to the end, they assisted me trading in my 2011 Camry and buying this delightfully wonderful Rav4! Big shout out to Michael Laughlin (our Salesmen). I couldn't be happier.

I’ll add my one star review to all the others. Dealer wouldn’t let me have a pre-purchase inspection done at a nearby bmw/mini shop at my cost. They have one way they do business it appears, they write purchase agreements and you need to rely on their “100” point inspection.

Nice people but pricing is on the high side.
