I had excellent help and a great response to my questions. I actually thought the dealership went out of their way to make this sale work in all ways. I felt a sincerity here that I wasn’t in any way being taken advantage of.

They were very polite and helpful. The car did not match my needs, and they searched for another but could find none that met my needs.

the one price no haggle slogan is an absolute scam. This place tried to wear me down for 2.5 hours to increase the cost I would spend on a vehicle. They seemed annoyed that I refused their 3 warranty packages placed on the financial document without my consent so they started hounding me about a full coverage insurance policy well before starting the paperwork process to the buy car. They told me that my bank wouldn’t release the funds for my pre approved loan without them providing proof of full coverage policy for this car I hadn’t purchased yet. I confirmed with my bank that this was untrue. In spite of me having a check from my bank, they insisted on me completing an internal credit application. I refused again and opted to leave. I do not recommend this dealership if you don’t have all day and disposable income to waste.

Inquired about a vehicle, was told there was no room to reduce price, then I see the price lowered 1k a less than a week later!

Very disappointing experience. Before making the trip, I asked Jamie Jackson to send videos of the Fiat. While she did, they avoided showing most of the damage. Other than the broken window, the videos stayed away from the areas that needed attention. I own a 2012 Fiat Abarth, so I'm very familiar with these cars. When I finally saw it in person after work, I found issues with the body, wheels, and engine. In my opinion, it would need at least $7,000 in repairs and cosmetic work to be in decent condition. It was nowhere near worth the asking price, and I personally wouldn't have paid even $2,000 for it. Used cars need work—that's expected. My disappointment was that I don't feel the vehicle's condition was honestly represented before I made the trip.
