The car I was interested in sold before I could buy it.

Lack of communication, they sold the car before I was about to go there

The cx-5 I made an appointment to see was sold already when I got there. I picked a CRV they said they had on the lot but, it was sold as well. I agreed to look at a RDX they had and it was filthy. The salesman and manager were aware of my budget and said they’d work with me but the chose not to. The entire experience was a total waste of my time.

The dealership was extremely pushy, and when being told that I wanted to cancel a test drive, they continued to hound and want to reschedule and get me in

Car wasn’t described properly. Had a massive oil leak and they wouldn’t provide a detailed shop inspection report. After bringing up the oil leak safety issue they refused to budge on the price. In addition. The sales team never even offered us any other vehicle to even look at. The next dealer we went to showed us a car that we weren’t happy with either but then showed us a few options. We bought a vehicle from that dealer.
