Great experience from initial contact to purchase. Appreciate the lack of pushy finance manager and Kaden the primary sales contact was responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Overall this experience was average for a car sale. I thought utilizing the website would simplify the process but it did not. There was a lot of waiting around and not great communication. But we did end up purchasing the vehicle.

Was not honest throughout my experience with them. Said they had the myfirstev incentive to get me to come in and then told me later they weren’t sure if they had it. Implied they were flexible on price and then said they wouldn’t come down in price when in person.

Salimon was very transparent and helpful even though we didn’t end up purchasing the car.

I had the screenshot of the price I saw online and they changed the price to $2000 higher. We discussed the and agreed on a otd price but when I went to financing, after I said no to everything he offered, he tried to sneak in $600 which change the otd price. He took me to the finance manager and wouldn't do the otd price we agreed on so I walked out.

Saw a listing for a 2025 Honda Prologue with <1800 mi. I checked in - but it was gone! Then an alert popped up showing a 2024 w/ 30k @ $22K. Went down, test drove the car, and said - OK, sold. That’s when the $22K turned into $30K w/ much reduced “100000 mile warranty turning in three dealer services
