We looked at this from 400 miles away, and drove to Salt Lake to pick it up. Brooklyn was helpful throughout the process, but Adam did a walkaround video in which he claimed it had new tires - the front tires were relatively new but all 4 tires were different brands and models, and the wrong size to boot. Finance tried to slip in $1491 of fabric protector without asking, and although we were promised a full tank of gas we were sent away with 1/2 a tank. The car had supposedly been serviced already, but the power steering fluid was low and we had to stop and get some right away because the steering was groaning.

Highly recommend buying from Ken Garff! My sales agent Mandi and finance guy was Edsel, made my car buying experience the best ever!! No regrets and LOVE my car!!
