Good in the response. Not too much pressure to buy. Negotiable with price. Slacking in the delivery of the purchased vehicle. Dropped the ball on some items w/veh. Inspect it again before purchase and DON’T close the deal at night. We were in a rush to get home after work and neglected final inspect of veh. Wouldn’t have been a deal breaker but disappointed nonetheless as it shows a lack of attention to detail. Caused me decide to not return my other car, Honda Crosstour, to the service dept for some much needed work.

I got the car I wanted for the price I negotiated. Pierre was a great influencer in my purchase. When I awoke that Friday morning, I didn't know I was going to purchase a car. I didn't like that I couldn't get my keys until I went through the add on spiel. It actually took 2 unanticipated hours for me to get my keys after arriving at the dealership with check in hand.
