Dealership responded very quickly. They made the process very easy going and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Our interaction with the salesman was very productive and he handled everything possible over the phone. He had the paperwork and the truck ready when we arrived at agreed upon time.Finishing up the necessary paperwork took longer than would have preferred. But once I made it to the final office was pleased by service and glad I would not have to visit the DMV after purchasing a vehicle.

While Jackson was nice and helpful, Christian did not bother to tell me 2 cars I drove 2 hrs to look at had been sold. No excuses. He never apologized although he could have told me in his afternoon call that the cars had been sold in the morning. He passed the buck on to Jackson. In addition, the finance guy Smith used scare and fabricating tactics to get me to buy over $6,000 of ceramic coating and extended warranty. Furthermore, I am not happy that their 72 hr return policy has meant that our considerable cash (enough to buy a car) will not be returned until after 10 business days; the check cleared within 2 days. At first, their sales manager Reeve said it would take 2 days. Think a few times before going there. Some sales people are nice but they do not make up for the dealerships’s oher shortcomings, unfortunately.

This dealership marks up used cars and then advertises a “no haggle price” as there best price and doesn’t negotiate. Don’t waste your time here. They’re just trying to pull money from people selling mediocre used vehicles.
