Honda dealerships near me (Cincinnati, OH)

Made a tentative appointment to look at the van. I told them when I would be in the Cincinnati area. The day I went, they texted me that the van was in the body shop getting the hood repainted because of scratches. Clean CarFax. No mention of needed body work in the CarGurus ad.

They lied about how long the car had been on the lot. They lied about the price (not what they advertised online). And the salesman didn’t know much about the car. Overpriced and they continued to harass me after I said I wasn’t interested. I wouldn’t waste my time here.

The dealership responded very quickly and answered all of my questions without being too pushy.

Waiting on finance office was a joke, took forever. Started working deal with another dealership and then miraculously got into finance office. Sales person was not organized and came back to us several times for same information. Things that were on the certified list, which they make you sign and initial, were not the same within the vehicle. Sales person was supposed to follow up to replace missing item and never did. Called manager and never got call back.

Car A/C didn't work when we test drove. Brittany said she would keep up updated as to what was found. She failed miserably. Had to text her asking why --- then she replied she would get back to me --- and NEVER did again. Probably would have bought the car once A/C was fixed...........but........ What has happened to communication these days among some young car salespeople? Had similar situation at another dealership recently. No follow through!!!

Dealer did respond, I am still looking at this time.

It was good. I am still in the process of looking at this car, but it is at the shop currently, so waiting for it to be back at the dealer.
