Fast to answer and super helpful. I showed them the quote from another dealership for the same car and they guaranteed they could give me a better deal. Unfortunately the color of the one they had wasn't what I wanted to buy towards the end.

So during the whole Process i was very transparent about my trade and my credit and how much i owed, i did not want to drive an hour for nothing and thats excatly what happened , " kept getting the Just come on down and we can make it happen " i knew there was negative equity but they couldve told me i needed way more down before i made the hour drive and the sales manager came out wasnt fully informed in my situation , just kept answering with well we need more and when i replied well do we have any other options i was met with " well i dont know or i dont have the details , if youre the manager i feel like you should have all that before you come down and talk to a customer
