Over all, this was a good experience. The salesman was helpful and “held” the car for us. Things went a little downhill from there… The car was as described except for a minor missing equipment item that was stated as included. It was important to us, and when asked about this, the salesman didn’t even attempt to solve the problem. He just shrugged his shoulders and repeatedly said there was nothing he could do. When my husband asked if really he wanted to blow the deal over it, he said, “Sure!” Since we drove over 500 miles to get the car and paid the asking price, this was pretty insulting. The finance person directed him to the manager, who directed them to deduct the price of the item from the cost of the car, which was satisfactory to us (we have to order it). While I was not happy with this salesman in the end, Tempe Honda as a dealer was fair to us. We have only had the car a day, but I think we’ll be very happy with it.

What a mess. Inquired about a Pacifica, then researched and saw mixed reviews. They responded in regards to that vehicle and I advised that I was no longer interested in that one, but looking for another Mini van. They sent me a list of 3rd row seats, I inquired about one, and after submitting my finance request and they came back and stated I was approved for the Pacifica, even though I stated I did not want it. I asked again about the other car and they said I could only get the Pacifica. I said if I'm approved for that one, then why not a cheaper one? So I checked another dealership which financed me much quicker for a car I wanted. So all of the sudden, showcase Honda had more options for me. Any time I asked price, or photos, it was a hassle and all they said was 'come in today'! They then bated me with prices that were not accurate and failed to follow up with me after going through all of that. Poorest service I've received while purchasing.

Asked many times to send out of the door price and clear pictures they never sent , very unhelpful.

From the beginning to the end, they assisted me trading in my 2011 Camry and buying this delightfully wonderful Rav4! Big shout out to Michael Laughlin (our Salesmen). I couldn't be happier.

I drove 90 minutes to buy this vehicle. I had a cashiers check to purchase, they gave me an “out the door” price with tax title license before we went. My son took off work to drive me there from Queen Creek. I called and told the salesperson Alex, that I would be there in one hour, on my way. When I arrived he set me down at a table and made me wait 20-25 minutes before he walked over and said “sorry, that other salesman, pointing, just sold the car to those people”. I was outraged. I simply wanted to know why they wasted my time?! Why did he not call and say sorry, turn around and go home. They then offered me another car, not an suv, that was 10 years older and had more miles as my other option. Only $1000 less in price. I thought it was a joke?! They should have called me knowing I was on my way. This was a bait and switch attempt. Clearly. This dealership doesn’t give a crap about their customers. Would NEVER recommend.
