Miss communication, miss respect to customer, made me travel 2.30 hours then when I got there I was told the car was sold ten minutes ago after my arrival, and I called twenty minutes before my arrival. Not good

Our salesman was great but it went down hill from there.We drove about 3 hours after dealing with Internet sales. We were told that the vehicle were interested in had automatic assist steps and sunroof. We went for a test drive and it didn't have either. Then we were told that all used vehicles have new tires, brakes and oil change done. Oil change was done but oil life was not reset. No brakes were replaced. Sales mgr showed up with a price almost $6000 more. Sales mgr came back and said he didn't read the notes( Really) Immediately started having problems with a battery issue. They said they put in a new one. We should have known better to buy from Internet sales and live 3 hours away.

The dealer responded quickly, provided the information I requested, and didn’t pressure me. I didn’t purchase the car, but the experience was positive.

Went to the dealership and looked at the car to find out it was broke. The salesman said we can buy it as is and take it to the dealer since its only one year old and under warranty. The screen was broke apparently and he would not even turn it on. I was not told it was broke when I drove there to look at it. I confirmed with him that they would either sell it that way (broken) or send it to auction. We left and went to the actual dealership that sells that car to test drive a new one.
