The buying experience was the worst I’ve had at any dealership they nickel and dimed me in every way possible then when I finally did get a truck it needed repairs as soon as I drove it off the lot. Literally on the way home from purchase indicator lights started going off and the truck wobbled when I got it up to speed on the freeway. After all that I tried to at least get a touch up pen for the dings and they sent it fedex and charged me for postage

Transparent communication. Was going to pay cash. I asked for the best price they could give me. It aligned with what I was prepared to spend. I was pleased with the overall experience.
