The buying experience was the worst I’ve had at any dealership they nickel and dimed me in every way possible then when I finally did get a truck it needed repairs as soon as I drove it off the lot. Literally on the way home from purchase indicator lights started going off and the truck wobbled when I got it up to speed on the freeway. After all that I tried to at least get a touch up pen for the dings and they sent it fedex and charged me for postage

Just bought a 2024 GMC with these guys, and I'm a little disappointed. Bought the truck online, and when I got it, there were multiple dents and scratches that the sales guy supposedly didn't see or show in any pictures or videos that he sent. His only solution was to send me a paint pen, which still has not arrived. Now, the salesman is completely unresponsive.

They never got back to me after calling and reaching out twice through this portal. I don't even know if it was available so I just selected yes to be able to submit.

It was not great the communication was terrible the salesman did not act like they really wanted to make a deal.
