A no bs, good deal! I got a great car that I had been shopping for. The car had to go back to the new car dealer for warranty work which they handled. John the owner came in and explained the issue and resolution. They did exactly as he promised. Kevin, my salesperson delivered the car to my home 80 miles plus from the dealership on a Sunday and picked up my trade. I especially like the team effort in dealing with my questions and finalizing the deal. Late in the day I made a request for a document via email to Kevin my salesperson. Belle another servicer salesperson in the dealership responded with the document for Kevin within 15 minutes. When you have an issue or question, someone gets back to you quickly.
