I was told the car is available and sent me a link to make a deposit and got me running around getting documentations they requested then they said the car was sold. I am disappointed for such a behavior from a Mercedes Benz dealership. definitely dont recommend it

We spent way too much time waiting for numbers and then waiting to take possession of the vehicle. All that time and we were given one broken key. You would think with the money spent on this you could get 2 keys and in better condition

Carmelo Caban, a.k.a The Bow Tie Guy was awesome to work with! He had everything lined up when we got there. He was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to explain the car’s different features to us. He went through the carfax history with us & he thoroughly answered my questions about extended warranties vs certified pre owned. Very professional Audi Brand Specialist and he had a great sense of humor. For anyone thinking of getting an Audi, I’d highly recommend going to see Carmelo at Jack Daniel’s Audi! Yes, I did purchase the Audi!
