Asked the salesman to send me the numbers with all the charges, tax, lic, dealer prep etc. so I could look at them and was going to have the car delivered which I've done with Bergstrom in the past. Never heard back. I called once and left a message with the salesman at there answering desk to call me never heard back and assume they don't want to do business. The car I was looking at is still for sale 2022 Kia Telluride EX AWD pictured to the right.

The response time for question was days instead of hours. I was told the vehicle to not be looked at due to a windshield being installed. Then I told the vehicle had a deposit on it. And was being sold. But still weeks after it's still on their website. I inform them I was buying a ram that weekend. And I did.

In short, I've had issues with the 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude. The electronic display board was not reset to the factory settings, so I had to do that myself. I've also struggled trying to figure out the UConnect so I can get it to work...and have called and talked to many different people...with very little help. I'm still working on that...even though I addressed it with my sales guy a couple times...with no further help. I've also experienced multiple times the Stop/Start system warning light coming on. I brought it up during the initial test drive, and again a couple times since then...but cannot seem to get it resolved...I will likely take it somewhere else to see what they can do. I've been indecisive as to how many stars to give...while they "saved" the Jeep for me test drive and purchase, the lack of effort to take care of the other couple of issues weighs heavier.
