Dealerships near me (Highlands, TX)

They wouldn't let me test drive or see the vehicle unless I filled out a credit application. I was not impressed by the vehicle and they made it extremely difficult to leave. The environment of the place was unsettling and negotiation was not part of their process. After I left they kept texting me and arguing with me on how I need to buy the car.

Little miscommunication about availability but overall I'm glad they let me know it was sold before I drive 4 hours to go try make the purchase

I got an automated response from an AI which told me to call a number - that number was a person on the other end of the line seemingly mid-conversation and unaware her phone was on. Just my experience.

The staff where amazing, I buy a new car just about every 3 years and this by far was the best its ever gone.

Overall it was good
