Sold the car from under us and tried to push a different vehicle we didn’t want. Ended up going to another dealership.

Before I went to the dealership I called about the Kia Sorento and asked if they would be able to come down on the price and the guy over the phone said it “ya we can do that. Come on in!” I got there and test drove the vehicle and fell in love with it only to be told that they would only waive the admin fee off which was only 620.79. I also told them I was purchasing with cash and they still tried to get me to finance! They wouldn’t comedown at all on the price. So sad!!

All I got was a message saying the car was sold, after my credit got hit from being ran for a sold car. When I asked if they had any other vehicles available, I don’t get a response.

Even though I didn't purchase anything at this time Cameron gave me some good advice that will prepare me better next time.
