Told me I couldn’t use my preapproved Chase loan but when I called Chase Monday they told me I was able to jog giving them loan number. So I feel I was lied to.

Had a pretty good experience buying my Acura at Starz Called them before I left the house to make sure it was there and everything went pretty smooth. Took a bit longer than I wanted but that's my fault, bad credit takes a bit to get approved. Definitely recommend them to anyone that reads this. At least it went smooth for me from some of the reviews I've read...

I had asked the same question ..TWICE!!! The dealership simply sent me basically, the same generic info. THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO MY QUESTION … and, simple enough— what is the exterior color!!???!!!

They contacted me after they reduced the price of the car and sold it to someone else. I contacted them by phone and text and just got a response, 10 days later. Glad business is so good for you at Pacific VW.
