Sales staff was friendly, but if your out of town customer with trade , there is no way of putting a hold on car even with a deposit. Vehicle will be sold while your in negotiation. Dont understand that policy.. Had ever intention of purchasing but had no chance. Very disappointing

I experienced a very rude conversation between myself and a manager. I asked some very important questions and was made to feel as if I had no business asking.

Lots of inventory on the premium. I wanted a 40, 50, or 55 version. they never called me back with additional inventory options
