Great follow up - vehicle just not quite up to my needs

The worst dealer in the city! I called with 4k down they wanted me to do all the paperwork before I seen the car. Literally wanted to have the whole deal done before I test drove the vehicle. I did what asked approved at 10% and I had 4k down. When I got to the lot 2hrs after my appointment I see the car running, so I peak in, now I had an ac issue in my Porsche that cost me 5k. So first thing I notice was the AC was blowing cold. I asked the rep he went inside and said “ oh we marked it down 2k. “ I told him why did you inform me of that this is a 45 min drive for me… the sales rep slammed the hood of the car and said the deal was off. Was very angry. I laughed walked to my Porsche. And went to google reviews. They lie and aren’t honest. I went the next to Berkenkotter Motors in Parker, the next day got a better approval with the same car at a better price. They lost a serious buyer to poor service.

All in all was hassled a little to much to try and finance the car when I wanted to pay the car full in cash no finance, and noticed when I went that route they became less interested and just wanted to push me through. Didn’t even bother to give the car somewhat of a interior clean had stains all over the leather seats and no vacuuming done. Needless to say I went straight from the dealership to the car wash to clean it myself. They where doing great until I wasn’t interested in the extra packages they wanted to sell me or the financing. All in all I would give a overall of a 5/10 could have been better could have been worse.

Bout 2014 Volkswagen Jetta 82789 miles So far so good. Ran great on test drive so l purchased vehicle. Brandon and Staff were great to deal with smooth transaction
