I had a fantastic experience at Superior Trade-ins. All their cars are in like-new condition. I called ahead, and Wes had the car waiting up front for a test drive, exactly as promised. No high-pressure sales techniques, and I really like their owner and staff. There were no hidden fees or last-minute surprises, and the final price was exactly as negotiated. I left feeling like a valued customer and totally in love with my Prius. I very highly recommend!

Interacting with this dealership was very stressful. My husband and I live 3 hours away from the dealership. We talked to the salesman, Brian, more than once before we arrived asking him about servicing, condition of vehicle, etc. We did a virtual walk through of the vehicle with pictures and videos. We also “confirmed” specifics about the vehicle with him. We had him to call the bank and confirm those same specifics to get ready to close the deal. After we arrived, he disclosed that the trunk was malfunctioning and he had known 3 days before. My husband, popped the hood to inspect and found that there was not a drop of oil in the vehicle. When questioned about it (Brian told us the vehicle had just been serviced and inspected), he then told us that the vehicle had not been serviced or inspected and that is not something that they do. He said that they get them from the auction and just sell them. He never disclosed this to us until after we arrived. We walked away from the deal.

Only issue i had was on way home 4 hrs away service lights came on contacted the sales rep about the issue he said he was gonna talk with someone else and get back at me, never did I went to dodge dealer at home to get it fixed.

Dealership was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the automobile we were interested in.

I inquired about a Maverick listed for sale. I received a general chat bot response and eventually a real person reached out and said they would have the Internet manager reach out in the morning to discuss a deal. When they called we chatted about the vehicle to only be told someone is in dealership as we speak and are buying in. I felt like it was a ploy to start a high bid discussion. I said no thank you and simply passed. I've been called twice to follow up on the truck. So is it there? Is it sold..... The world may never know.. Either way, I suggest better communication.
