Didn't get to qctually do business due to a death in our family but the dealer was quick to reply and understanding about circumstances and very kind in his reply.

Inquired on line all contact was via email. My trade was just evaluated via vin number never seen in person. After I questions about the trade allowance and asked questions on the car I was interested in based on what the car fax showed I never heard back. I assumed they were not interested in any negotiation.

I called to inquire about the vehicle in question. I spoke with a kind, informative women who answered all my questions. She was patient and informative. Unfortunately, the vehicle sold. I would definitely refer them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
