Dealerships near me (Hayward, CA)

Previous rental car from New York to Virginia, Texas then CA. Even certified, wasn't very old but paint showed signs of MANY car washes. I did't want to chance a previous rental from the East Coast. They did not have anything else that was comparable. The salesperson, kept trying to get me to buy anything, which wasn't what I wanted if I was going to buy a car. My last conversation with salesperson was not pleasant and I would not recommend dealing with them for that reason. If they don't have the inventory, they don't have the inventory. I ended up going to a different dealer and buying the car that I wanted. The experience at that dealer was much better. They went above and beyond to get my business. When you're paying for a luxury car and a lot of money, you want what you want. I got the feeling that it was just pushing to buy ANY car. I did have a few conversations w/ salesperson. No point to go in again when everything online, no new inventory, can't sell if they don't have.

Fantastic transaction! Van Pros did a great job of prepping this vehicle for sale by taking care of the little things, like replacing a leaky valve cover gasket, and servicing the transmission and engine oil before selling. They even installed new floor mats! The pricing was fair, and the seller was very transparent about the vehicle and his investment in it. He suggested an extended warranty (at his cost) and then offered to share the cost with me just so I’d have some peace of mind after the sale. Heck, he even filled up my gas tank because he knew I had a 4-hour drive to get back home. Plus, he helped me secure financing at a local credit union that was offering a great rate. I could go on and on, but suffice to say I was REALLY happy with my purchase experience with VanPros and HIGHLY recommend them!

Everyone was so helpful! Very accommodating! We just didn't want to pay to get it to us. We did not go see the vehicle but I am sure it was in tip top condition! I recommend this dealership.
