I highly recommend Ferguson Buick, especially Randy Nix. He truly kept his word when he told me he would hold a vehicle for me to see before anyone else, even when another buyer was ready to purchase it. That level of honesty meant a lot to me. Although I didn’t end up buying that specific vehicle, I knew I wanted to work with him because he was straightforward and never tried to upsell me. The finance team was great as well—especially Lori, who explained everything clearly and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely buy from them again. 10/10 for me!

I decided I couldn't afford the extra insurance costs and my bank wouldn't loan the full amount. Also it was going to increase my insurance by over $100 monthly. So I would have needed about $4000 on top of the loan; I'm on a fixed income. The tag and tax was over $600 as well...the car was more out of my league than I thought! The salesman, I think his name is Dinatour, was awesome. He spent extra time texting me back and forth, even way after hours. He also went beyond what I expected by making a video of the car and sending it to me as soon as I asked him. I believe the car, a 2014 very nice supercharged Jaguar has been sold! No problems with Sal's at all; I just couldn't afford it! Sincerely, God bless you guys!
