I visited and looked at their 2013 Honda Fit. Ultimately bought from somewhere else but had a good experience with Marloz Statesville. Charles was very fast to call me back after my inquiry and kept me in the loop. They had my car clean and already set up for a test drive when I showed up. They were very forthright and seemed honest without being pushy at all. They're a smaller used car dealer, but everything is clean, organized, well maintained, and communications and hospitality are excellent. Would recommend to check them out if looking for good used cars.

I had a virtual scheduled 4 days in advance for 11:00 EST on a Saturday . We were leaving out of town that morning ( we live 8.5 hrs from dealer ) CST . It was confirmed several times through automated service plus someone called me at 10:3O EST confirming. And my response was yes we are waiting here till 11. So , 11 am came and no call waited till 11:20 and called they said sorry there was a mixup and the person that had the appt with you is with s customer. Later at 3:00 pm the receptionist called me back and apologized and said that they sold the car if I was interested in another one . I was very upset as they should have called me earlier instead of us waiting around as they knew we had to catch a flight . Terrible communication. That was a RED FLAG for sure .
