I've never experienced a more frustrating situation than dealing with this dealership. Sales guy text me to tell him when I was on my way to have the car ready for a test drive. I drove from 3 hrs & took the day off work. I arrive and had to ask a salesperson helping a customer how to get help, he said he'll grab it in a sec. Eventually he brought out a similar car, same year but FAR worse condition than the car in the photos. He said, "It really makes it hard for us to do our jobs when our boss posts the wrong photos". I left very annoyed. I then get a text asking if I was almost there. I explained what happened and he said, "come back, it's here. Sorry for the confusion." I ask his name, he said Jordan. I confirmed by Vin, and turn around to head back. I walk back in and ask another salesperson for Jordan. He replied laughing, "that's or Ai messenger". I confirmed the vin was to the vehicle that didn't match the online photos. Thats so shady!
